Dr. Adenike Adeyemi

Adenike Adeyemi is a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Animal Sciences, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where she has been since 2016. She holds a B. Agric. Tech. degree (Animal Production and Health) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure in 2001, M.Sc (Animal Science) and Ph.D (Animal Physiology and Reproduction) from the University of Ibadan in 2005 and 2014 respectively.

Her research interest spans Animal Physiology and Reproduction. Most of her research has been focused on improving the reproductive performance and well being of livestock using nutritional methods. Some of her research findings have been published in reputable journals.

Adenike has taught courses in her area of interest and other related fields at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She is a member of several faculty and departmental committees.
