Saidu OSENI is a Professor in the Department of Animal Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He holds a PhD from the University of Georgia, Athens, USA. His specialization covers livestock genetics, breeding and biostatistics. He is the President of the sub-Saharan African Branch of the World Rabbit Science Association (WRSA). He is also the Secretary for Developing Countries in the current Executive of the WRSA.
